Q: How long will my unit take to be completed.

A: Ready to ship units will ship within 1-3 business days

Pre Order takes 15-21 business days for processing time.

Q. How long is shipping

A. We ship using USPS PRIORITY which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not included with  processing time.

Q. What are the wig sizes

A. You can choose between S/M (20in-22.5in) M/L (23in+)

Q. Are all wigs glueless?

A. Only closure wigs are glueless. Frontal Wigs are not.

 Q. How soon will my accessory order ship out.

A. Accessory Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order an accessory with a wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once the wig is completed.

 Refunds/Cancellations

Cancelations can only be made between 1-5 business days after purchasing. After 5 Business days, $75 will be deducted from your Refund.  Wig returns are only granted after 5 days of receiving your wig . $100 will be deducted from re due to the work, time and money spent to complete your wig.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
