 Refunds/Cancellations

Cancelations can only be made between 1-5 business days after purchasing. After 5 Business days, $75 will be deducted from your Refund. 

Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each wig is made specifically to your selected preferences—including length, lace, density, and styling—which makes it uniquely tailored to you. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, once a custom unit has been created, it cannot be resold or restocked. I take great care in providing detailed consultations, product photos, and descriptions to ensure you know exactly what you're receiving.
